Processing and shipping time: We try to process all orders within 1-3 days of ordering. Shipping will typically take 3-5 days after that, so your order should arrive within 3-7 days after ordering.

Summer Shipping: I live in an extremely hot climate, so from May to October, I avoid shipping meltable products over the weekend. If your order is placed between Monday and early Wednesday, we will do my best to ship your order by Wednesday. If your order is placed between mid-day Wednesday and Sunday, we will ship your order the following Monday to avoid having it sit in a hot mailroom or warehouse over the weekend. Also, please do your best to track your order and bring it inside right away if you live in a warm climate.

Damaged products: We do everything we can to make sure your package arrives safely and intact. We highly recommend that all customers choose Corso shipment protection during checkout. For a small fraction of your total price, you will be guaranteed a replacement if your shipment arrives broken.

If you do not choose Corso shipping protection, we cannot replace any broken items. However, if you have purchased shipping protection or your item is defective, missing, or incorrect in some other way, please email info@noblecrown.shop within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will process your return or exchange.

Returns: If you wish to return an item, you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of receiving it. Email info@noblecrown.shop and we will send you a no-cost return label. There is a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for safely packaging the return. If we receive the item damaged or opened, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
