Shipping & Returns
Processing & Shipping Times
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 days, so you can expect your order to arrive within 3–10 days of ordering.
Summer Shipping (March – October)
We operate out of an extremely hot climate, so during warmer months we take extra care with meltable products. Orders placed Monday through early Wednesday will be shipped by Wednesday. Orders placed mid-day Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday to prevent your package from sitting in a hot mailroom or warehouse over the weekend. If you're in a warm climate, please track your order closely and bring it inside as soon as it arrives.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives defective, missing, or incorrect, please email us at info@noblecrown.shop within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right with a replacement or exchange.
We're currently working on adding shipment protection at checkout, which will allow you to guarantee a replacement for any damage that occurs during transit. In the meantime, please reach out if you experience any issues and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, email info@noblecrown.shop and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Please note:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- You are responsible for safely packaging the return.
- Items received damaged or opened are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
A Note on Fragrance Returns
Purchasing a fragrance without being able to smell it first is an exciting but uncertain experience - we understand that! However, because scent is deeply personal, we're unable to accept returns simply because a fragrance isn't to your taste.
As a one-time courtesy for first-time customers, if you're unhappy with your scent we'll issue store credit for the item value (excluding shipping), once it is returned. Please email info@noblecrown.shop within 30 days of receiving your order to request this.
