Spiced Apple Cider – apple peel, nutmeg, and clove

Spiced Apple Cider is the pot left simmering on the stove, fruit and spice steeping together until the whole house knows about it. The lather opens crisp and green, apple peel and pear brightened by fresh leaves before the spice arrives.

As it rinses away, nutmeg and clove move to the center, warm and dry rather than sharp, settling into a soft vanilla finish. Hands are left clean, gently spiced, and easy to return to throughout the day.
